Major Damage
- First thing you should do is contact your Insurance Company and give them a detailed account of the accident.
- Next let them know that you want Deluca Toyota to handle the repairs to your car.
- Then call Deluca Toyota at (352) 732-0770. We will arrange a tow truck to pick up your vehicle and bring it to our shop at no cost to you. If it is after hours you can reach Mark's Towing at (352) 843-3180 or Dave's Towing at (352) 867-5810.
- We can also help you get into a rental car through our Toyota-Rent-A-Car department and charge your insurance company.
- Once the vehicle is at our shop one of our certified estimators will write a detailed estimate of repair. Once we come to an agreed upon price with your Insurance Company we will begin the repair process.
Minor Damage
- Once a detailed appraisal is written on your vehicle an appointment will be made and parts will be ordered if needed. We will set up any rental reservations you need for the day you drop off.
- Repairs will start the day car is dropped off. You will be given an estimated finish date and we will keep you informed of extra damages or repairs along the way.
- If any supplemental repairs are needed we will contact your insurance company and have them added to the appraisal. In this event your rental coverage will be extended to cover any extra days needed.
- When all repairs are completed we will test drive your car perform a safety check and complementary cleaning inside and out.
- At time the of delivery we will perform a walk around with you and explain all repairs to your car.
- A Lifetime Guarantee will be in writing and given on all repair performed.
